It’s more than just a “runner’s high.” More than just feeling good to be out of the house. More than just being proud to able to fit into your college jeans. Exercise improves mental health, often as effectively as anti-depressants. There’s real science behind it, but you don’t wanna hear about the hippocampus. The key is being consistent. Make it a habit. You don’t need to be an olympian, just take a step and see where the sidewalk takes you.
